Why do I have to re-register?
We have moved to a new platform which hosts the shop and back-end admin, therefore your old login details will not work.
If you have placed an order at the previous Shop, please don't worry, these orders are with us and are being fulfilled. You can contact us anytime via our support desk at support@wisque.com
How much is delivery?
For cards, delivery to the UK is £0.78 (inc VAT), delivery to Europe is £1.99, and delivery to everywhere else is £2.59.
For prints, delivery to the UK is £9.99 (inc VAT), delivery to Europe is £16.99, and delivery to everywhere else is £22.99.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are despatched within 5 working days and delivered in: UK 2-3 working days and overseas 5-7 working days.
I haven't had a confirmation email
The shop will send you confirmation by email containing an order summary. As this is an automated service the email can end up in SPAM or JUNK folders so please check.
I haven't been notified of my delivery
You should receive an email Parcelforce or DPD once the parcel has been dispatched. Our single cards are sent via RoyalMail 2nd class and therefore can not be tracked. Delivery should be within 2-3 days from this point for the UK and 5-10 days for overseas.
International deliveries?
For prints, international deliveries (since Brexit this includes the EU) may be subject to local VAT, customs duties and handling charge, which may add 20-30% to the price you have paid for your order, depending on your location. Currently, we regret that these charges will need to be paid by the addressee before the order can be released, and this may incur a delay. Unfortunately this is not something we can influence or control.
Can you track my parcel?
We can track parcels which include a print, or where courier services have been chosen, but we are unable to track greetings cards only as these are sent using standard postal services.
To track a package which includes a print, check the delivery notification email you will have been sent as this contains a tracking link. Alternatively please email support@wisque.com.
Can you personalise a print?
Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer, sorry.
Can you sign the print for me?
Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer, sorry.
My print is going as a gift, so can you hide the price?
All orders are sent with a delivery note. The receipt showing the price is only sent to the person placing the order, via email, within the confirmation email.
Can I order cards and prints and sell them via my own shop?
The resale of cards, prints or other works, is strictly not permitted under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
